How long does the demo take?
About 30 minutes. You can shorten or extend it on the call. We will cover your specialty, your existing tools, and any specific question you have in mind.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Doctena Pro is a cloud service that runs in your browser. There is also a mobile app for iOS and Android once you are live.
Is Doctena Pro available in my country?
Doctena Pro is available in Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you practise outside these countries, talk to us — we may have a partner integration nearby.
I'm already using another scheduling tool. Can I switch?
Yes. Our onboarding team handles the migration for you — including importing your existing appointments and patient list. Most practices switch in under a week with no downtime.
What happens after the demo?
If you decide to move forward, we send you a contract by email, schedule your onboarding, and assign a Customer Success contact. If not, no follow-up — your data is deleted.
